“LUINING HOUSE” is a single-family residential building in a modern style, located in Sofia, Vitosha region. The characteristic feature of this architectural project is the set modern technologies and construction systems, as the overall formation is in accordance with the mountain environment in which it is located. The pine forest is one of the elements with which we have combined our modernist and sustainable architectural project.
The microclimate and the high standard of living are also one of the focuses of the design. The spaces are clean, spacious and functional. The glazing of the residential building is designed to achieve an extensive panoramic view of Sofia. The functional distribution of the house is built according to the individual requirements of the client. The yard is intensively landscaped, with alleys and garden lighting.
“LUINING HOUSE” is on 3 levels. The house has a garage for two cars and two technical rooms on the basement level. On the first floor with elevation +0.00 from the building there are 4 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is to a bedroom and 2 closets. On the second floor with elevation +3.03 is a spacious living room with exceptional panoramic view of the city, kitchen and toilet.
